Attorney Andrew Capone has tried hundreds of criminal cases including over fifty jury trials. He has experience handling all types of cases, ranging from Driving Under the Influence to Homicide and everything in between. He began his career as an Assistant Public Defender in the Allegheny County Office of the Public Defender. During that time, Attorney Capone served as a Manager of the Trial Division at the Public Defender’s Office where he managed a team of 15 attorneys and support staff.

Attorney Capone’s experience includes several high profile cases, including successfully raising the Insanity Defense on multiple cases. He has an extensive understanding of the criminal legal system and all of its processes. He works with clients from all walks of life.
